VISIT MADUNIA FOR DINNER AND EXPECT PLENTY OF OPEN FIRE COOKING COMBINED WITH BIG FLAVORS THAT RESULT IN A SHARED DINING MENU OF BOLD AND SURPRISING DISHES, PLATED IN A CLEAN AND PURE WAY.
THE WINE LIST IS COMPOSED OF REFERENCES OF SMALL PRODUCERS -WITH A PREFERENCE FOR MINIMAL INTERVENTION PROJECTS AND INTEREST IN BIODYNAMICS AND SUSTAINABLE CULTIVATION. THE FOCUS IS ON SPANISH LABELS, EVEN WINES MADE IN THE BALEARIC ISLANDS. THERE IS ALSO A LARGE REPRESENTATION OF WINES FROM FRANCE, ITALY AND THE NEW WORLD.
