Cooking has always been part of Javier Aranda’s life. From his family and childhood memories, to his early foray into the world of hospitality at the age of 16, where he discovered that cooking was his true language of expression. His passion.
In 2014 and with only 27 years old, Javier Aranda became the youngest chef in the world to achieve a Michelin Star with his restaurant La Cabra. The same year of its opening, in 2016, Aranda achieves his second star for Gaytán in Madrid.

Toni Leo, born and raised on the White Isle, found his vocation in the hospitality industry during the opening days of on Ibiza’s iconic venues. It was here, in 2010, that he began his career. With each passing year, Toni perfected his skills in establishments such as Lio Ibiza, Park Chinois in London or Rhudo in Madrid.
His array of experiences, both on the island and internationally, have enabled him to create unique restaurant experiences that every guest wants to return to.
