   Ivan

Executive chef Ivan Arauz Beusink, trained in Michelin star restaurants in Amsterdam, combines his Latin American roots with fine dining techniques to create a menu that complements the Spanish way of eating: enjoying tasty, shareable dishes with friends and family.

Meet
   Toni

Toni Leo, born and raised on the White Isle, found his vocation in the hospitality industry during the opening days of on Ibiza’s iconic venues. It was here, in 2010, that he began his career. With each passing year, Toni perfected his skills in establishments such as Lio Ibiza, Park Chinois in London or Rhudo in Madrid.

 

His array of experiences, both on the island and internationally, have enabled him to create unique restaurant experiences that every guest wants to return to.

What a wonderful year! We will always remember our first season at Madunia with a fondness for the future. Thanks to your enthusiasm and support we have had a great year full of wonderful moments and successful experiences.
 
As winter approaches, we will take a break to recharge our batteries and prepare for what 2025 will bring. Madunia will be closed for the winter period starting 05/10/24, but we will be back soon with the announcement of our reopening for the 2025 season.
