At Madunia, fire is not a tool, but it’s the center. Dishes emerge from open flames, direct heat, subtle smoke. We cook like before, but with a contemporary view. Shrimp that sizzle on the grill. Lamb that falls apart slowly after hours of heat. Garden vegetables roasted until every nuance awakens. Eating here is elemental.
